All Mr. Lucky products are handcrafted in small batches by American veterans. Orders are processed within 1-3 business days of placement. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information as soon as your order ships.
Pre-Orders
All Mr. Lucky products are currently available for pre-order. Because every product is handcrafted in small batches by American veterans, we produce in limited quantities. When you place a pre-order, your card is charged at checkout, and your order will ship as soon as inventory arrives.
You will receive an email with an estimated ship date as soon as it is available, and tracking information as soon as your order ships. If you need to cancel a pre-order before it ships, contact us at dememeule.dallas@gmail.com.

Shipping to APO/FPO/DPO Addresses
As a veteran-owned brand, we proudly ship to military addresses worldwide. APO, FPO, and DPO addresses are supported at standard U.S. shipping rates.
Lost or Damaged Packages
If your package is lost, damaged, or stolen in transit, contact us immediately at dememeule.dallas@gmail.com and we will make it right. That is the Mr. Lucky guarantee.
International Orders
International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or fees imposed by the destination country. Mr. Lucky is not responsible for packages held by customs.
