The Mr. Lucky 30-Day Guarantee
We stand behind every bottle. If you are not completely satisfied with your Mr. Lucky purchase, we offer a 30-day satisfaction guarantee from the date of delivery.
How to Start a Return
- Email us at demeule.dallas@gmail.com with your order number and the item you would like to return.
- We will send you a return authorization and a prepaid return shipping label.
- Package your item securely and drop it off at the designated carrier.
- Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund within 3-5 business days.
Refund Details
- Full refunds are issued for unopened and unused products in their original packaging.
- Partial refunds may be issued for opened products at our discretion, provided the product is at least 75% full.
- Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
- Refunds are issued to the original payment method.
Exchanges
Want to try a different scent? We offer free exchanges on unopened products within 30 days. Contact us to start an exchange and we will send your new scent as soon as we receive the returned item.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your product arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 7 days of delivery with a photo of the item. We will send a replacement at no charge or issue a full refund. No need to return the damaged item.
Non-Returnable Items
- Gift cards
- Products that have been significantly used (less than 75% remaining)
- Items returned without authorization after the 30-day window
Order Cancellations
Orders can be cancelled free of charge if requested before they have shipped. Once an order has shipped, it must be processed as a return.
